Poor Warranty
April 12, 2024I got this product installed May of 2019 and now my compressor has went out and so I cant get my warranty because the company my home warranty sent out didnt register it.

Elite Series XP16 with Icomfort S30
September 18, 2023My old AC unit went boots up and I replaced it with the Lennox X P16 2 stage unit. No problems with the unit until 2021, that's when the coil started to leak and had to be replaced. Since then, I've had nothing but issues withe the coil springing a leak. So far the coil had to be replaced 4 TIMES. The heat unit outside has held up admirably, but the air handler unit for this model continues to fail. Very disappointed with this AC system. The AC company I use is great and apologized for the issues I'm having. They even replace the coil for free and no service charge since it's continuously failing. I asked if there is a recall on the air handler unit and coil that comes with this system. The tech e informed me that there is a newer model, but costly $$$. My choice is to purchase the newer air handler system for this unit or go through the headache of having to replace the coil every six months on the current system. I'm so disappointed with this system and ready to put my money in to a different model.
