Rated 5 out of 5 by RSinAZ Two units installed. I live in Arizona and the heat is blistering here. I recently had 2 XP21 systems installed at my house. They are very quiet while keeping my home comfortable. I highly recommend. November 22, 2012

Rated 5 out of 5 by Holly88 Very quiet and runs very effectively The unit is as discreet as is possible for the size of it. The two stage unit helps to keep it from running so often, and even when it does run, it is hardly heard in the house. Being compatible with the IComfort makes it very nice. Also with being compatible with a solar powered energy source makes it great that we will be able to continue improving our house without having to change the heat pump in the future. August 20, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Stevereno Big & quiet The unit is much larger than it's predecessor. Which is not a bad thing. But it is quiet and works beautifully. August 10, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by HandyAndy This works even better than expected. I love the features on this model. The thermostat is easy to use and provides a lot of information on how the system is performing. It's so quiet we can barely hear it. We initially considered a cheaper model but we are very glad we went with the XP21. August 8, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Randall Very pleased with this system. Couldn't be happier with this system. It's a bit pricey, but you definitely get what you pay for. August 7, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by MichaelB 21 Seer rocks! Love the XP21! Quiet and 'Cool'! A HUGE difference from our old 13 seer unit. Had our home cooled down in no time flat. And considering that Texas summers' can really put your A/C to the test, that's saying something. Seriously. July 25, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by BIGAL69 TOP QUALITY EQUIPMENT This System, so far, is 100% better than the System I replaced. The unit is quiet, and with the recirculating feature, keeps the house at an even temperature. The air is cleaner, and feels virtually dust-free. Great choice..., Great Unit! July 14, 2014
*This chart compares the 5-year savings you can expect from a 18.20 SEER/9.70 HSPF heat pump vs. existing equipment with a 10.00 SEER/6.80 HSPF rating and industry-standard equipment with a 13.00 SEER/7.70 HSPF rating. The region used to calculate household fuel and utility costs reflect a cross-section of cities in the U.S. In addition to geography, cooling costs are based on 3-ton capacity specifications, with 800 cooling hours, 2,250 heating hours per year and 11.62 cents per KWh (Source: EIA National average electric rate-Rolling 12 months ending July 2009). Your actual costs will vary depending on the weather, local fuel rates, system settings and your personal lifestyle.
