Rated 5 out of 5 by Crazydogs This product cools wonderfully We had this unit installed upstairs, and it keeps the rooms so nice and cool. You can actually feel the airflow when it's working. We've only had it a short time so assume it will heat well too. Outdoor unit is very quiet. August 27, 2014

Rated 5 out of 5 by Goalie This product does all we want We had this heat pump installed in July and so far this summer with just the fan running our home is being kept at a consistent temperature. If it works as well in the winter as the summer we will be very satisfied. August 24, 2014

Rated 5 out of 5 by Aron Quality product, very satisfied When we bought our home 2 years ago, we were disappointed that the original AC unit (14 years old) struggled to maintain 78 degrees in our house. With a 2 year and pregnant wife, we decided to make tough decision and replace the system and had a Lennox XP14 heat pump installed. We are thoroughly impressed with our new system in that in cools our house to temp within minutes bringing much comfort to my family. It operates very efficiently actually lowering my monthly electric bills in comparison to past summers, and its operation is whisper quiet. I would highly recommend this product to others. *This chart compares the 5-year savings you can expect from a 16.00 SEER/9.50 HSPF heat pump vs. existing equipment with a 10.00 SEER/6.80 HSPF rating and industry-standard equipment with a 13.00 SEER/7.70 HSPF rating. The region used to calculate household fuel and utility costs reflect a cross-section of cities in the U.S. In addition to geography, cooling costs are based on 3-ton capacity specifications for DOE heating region 4, with 800 cooling hours, 2,250 heating hours per year and 11.62 cents per KWh (Source: EIA National average electric rate-Rolling 12 months ending July 2009). Your actual costs will vary depending on the weather, local fuel rates, system settings and your personal lifestyle.
