Rated 4 out of 5 by Gil3705 Works as described I purchased this unit about a month ago (July 2014). So far it works as described but it has not yet been operated through a winter. August 16, 2014

Rated 5 out of 5 by Don76 Looks good. I purchased this new furnace in July and because of the warm weather I have yet to need to use it. Although, based on my good experience with the air conditioner purchased at the same time, I can predict very good things for this product. I can also say I love the appearance of this furnace and the duct work that goes with it. I don't feel a need to cover it up in my partially finished basement. July 30, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by NewLennoxFamily Excellent product! This furnace is doing great in our new home. It is economical and does more than just "get the job done". June 23, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by Colleen0104 Unit installed on new home, poor motor I am experiencing noise around the motor that only stops when pressure is applied. My HVAC technician attempted to tighten the screws, but that still did not resolve 'train-like' noise. March 17, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by addy Troubles-troubles Issues started within a year of installation, thermostat would change temp on its own, furnace would stop working, no heat even the blower is working. Don't understand why the builder opted for this product February 24, 2014

Rated 1 out of 5 by Lutz New house - 18 month & failed We've build a new house and this unit was chosen by the builder. It's definitively builder grade as it did leak condensate out of the trap since day one. Now, with only 18 months living in the house and at the beginning of it's 3rd winter the exhaust motor is gone. October 28, 2013
