Dual-fuel capability for year-round energy savings
When connected to a Lennox® heat pump and Lennox furnace, the ComfortSense® 7500 will automatically switch between electric and gas operation to keep you warm, based on whichever is most cost-effective.
Energy reports put you in control of your heating and cooling costs
Energy
Reports let you compare your monthly heating and cooling usage. Using this
information, you can adjust your settings as needed to reduce energy
consumption and utility bills.

October 19, 20197500 has been in 2 months now. Did have temp accuracy issues, and HVAC company swapped it out for another of the same. Gee same issue happened . . . then I read the installers handbook. AH HA! The temperature "DISPLAY" can be adjusted to be MORE ACCURATE by +5 to -5. And whole unit runs according to that adjusted temp ! Put 3 other thermometers in same sq ft area as thermostat. All 3 read 68, yet stat showed 71? . . . Went into setting and adjusted the " temperature off set" -3 degrees. BINGO! they ALL SAY . . . 68 now. Most temp accuracy issues can be corrected by this temp off set adjustment ! GOOD LUCK. They know there may be a variance . . . that's why its in there.

short cycles too much
November 09, 2018Nice thermostat and nice features but it short cycles too much, comes on for only 3-4 minutes then turns off for about 10-15 minutes, on a/c and heat.
