New home in 2010; system came with it - 14HPX-042 and CBX26UH-042. Ran fine for almost 3 years, but then we noticed the system started struggling to cool. Called our service company and found that it was the coil that had leaked. It was completely rusted. Could not believe the condition for a 3yr old part.

This new unit will save us money each month on our electric bill. Living in Florida where the AC is on abouut 8 month out of the year this will pay for it's self in savings.

This unit is builder installed in our new construction home. It is a no frills and basic unit. Performance has been very good. It heats and it cools.

I've had this unit for less than three years and have had problems with it. The unit will stay on in the 'heat' mode without recognizing the thermostat. So basically the thermostat doesn't control the unit. This is poor quality and craftsmanship!!!

I have had my unit for 5 years, and in 3 of those 5 I have had to replace/repair major components. Now I am faced with yet another major repair (leaking coils and bad compressor). I have had it! I long for a company that stands by their products.

I expected a better product from Lennox because of its reputation for quality products

My Lennox unit saved me about 30% with FPL and has been very good on performance with only a minor adjustment required after initial installment with routine annual service.
