Tropical Breeze Pie
Cooling as a summer shower, this simple ice cream pie is a breeze to make when company’s calling, or for evenings spent watching the sun set from your deck or patio.
Ingredients
- 1 prepared graham cracker crust
- 1 pint pineapple, coconut or vanilla ice cream, softened
- 1 pint lime sherbet, softened
- 2 cups whipped topping
- ½ cup shredded coconut
- Orange or lime slices
Directions
Spread softened ice cream over crust and then layer the lime sherbet over it. Freeze 4 hours. Spread whipped topping over pie and garnish with coconut and orange or lime slices. Freeze until ready to serve.
